Responsibilities:
* Support the CLEP process end-to-end
* Run CLEP test software
* Process CLEP registration and maintaining testing records of registered students
* Respond to Advise Alerts
* Answer student questions in person, over the phone, or through email
* Process workshop communications & maintaining calendars
* Provide testing accommodations to students with registered disabilities
* Assist with scheduling of CLEP appointments and answering CLEP emails as needed
* Assist with CSH workshops and special projects
* Assist with promotional events such as open houses and table fairs
Requirements:
* Completed bachelor's degree; has not taken a CLEP exam in 180 days or less
* Enrolled in graduate studies or doctoral program
* Ability to receive instructions and follow through with projects and tasks with little supervision
* Proficiency with basic office computing
* Attention to detail and dependability
* Ability to adhere to business casual dress code
