Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Acts as an advisor to senior management andcustomers.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10 years experience OR* Master's degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience.* Has previous DOD major program execution experience* Has completed at least one or several major DOD Acquisition programs* Experience with NAVSEA contracts is desired* Experience with complicated depot level ship maintenance is desired* Budget maintenance and reconciliation/variance analysis required* Earned Value Management & variance analysis experience required* Profit/Loss and Annual Operating plan experience* Critical Path and Float schedule analysis skills* Labor forecasting (Labor Resource Management) skills* Expert MS-office skills* Pivot tables/Data Filtering/Grouping* Labor Plan vs. Actual charting/analysis* Data Analysis skills - be able to relate to management developing trends* Excellent Customer relations - specifically to build professional relationships with customer counterparts* Our client requires candidate must have DOD confidential clearance to start, which requires US Citizenship.EEO Statement Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
