As a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A, you will drive and execute the forecasting, planning and analytical support for ADP's Smart Compliance Solutions business unit.
You will understand and monitor business expense, keeping business leaders in line with plan expectations. You will identify and manage financial and operational KPIs by product and enable an environment where key performance indicators drive business decisions. Additionally, you will assist with variance research during the monthly close process.
The day to day of this role will depend on which part of the financial life cycle we are in. While the day to day may shift, common to all these activities is one thing: becoming the subject matter expert for your business unit.
You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant data analysis and Excel modeling skills, gained and developed in a Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, or similar role.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $57,100.00 - $116,100.00 / Year.
