As a Package Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering parcels using a company-provided vehicle on a pre-planned route. You'll play a key role in getting deliveries to customers efficiently and with care, while adhering to company safety standards and delivery protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
- Deliver packages promptly, accurately, and with a customer-first attitude
- Load and unload packages at the delivery station and customer locations
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Follow all traffic laws and H2D operational procedures
- Maintain professional conduct and clear communication at all times
Basic Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Clean motor vehicle record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
- Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and reliability
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $20.00/hour
