Job Description: Center Director (Finance)

They educate parents, teachers, and community leaders on the value of early childhood education and bring that value to life for the children in their centers.

As a Center Director, you will:

• Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate and committed educators
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Utilize your business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community, attracting new families and children

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple situations effectively
• Financial accountability experience, including revenue generation (preferred)
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC standards and state licensing (preferred)
• Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds, and capacity to work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to assume low postures for safety and engagement, with good hearing and sight to monitor children
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking for effective communication
• This role requires on-site work at the center daily
