Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – HVAC & Plumbing Parts & Equipment
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory (Virginia Beach and surrounding areas). This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new accounts.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, including contractors, mechanical engineers, and facility managers.
Conduct regular in-person visits, product presentations, and training sessions with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical products industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, parts, and equipment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical certifications related to HVAC or plumbing systems.
Existing client network within the Virginia Beach or surrounding areas.
