Position: Bilingual Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Lee Group is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a growing warehouse facility in Newport News, VA. Key Responsibilities of Bilingual Warehouse Associate:

• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, relocate, and stack materials
• Maintain warehouse organization by following accurate inventory protocols
• Use handheld RF scanners or warehouse software to update inventory records
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, and cycle counting
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse staff to meet delivery deadlines
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly
• Ensure all materials are handled safely and securely

What We're Looking For in Bilingual Warehouse Associate:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification and operational experience
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory processes
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Working Conditions for Bilingual Warehouse Associate:

• Warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and dust
• Some work may occur outdoors or near trucks and heavy machinery
• Standing, lifting, bending, and using forklifts or pallet jacks throughout the shift

Physical Requirements of Bilingual Warehouse Associate:

• Lift, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Use hand-eye coordination to operate forklifts in tight spaces
