Responsibilities:

An HVAC Installation Manager oversees and manages all aspects of HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and other departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager with a focus on residential and light commercial systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues

• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time

• Customer oriented mindset with a focus on delivering Peak Performance

• Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record and a clean background check

• NATE Certification preferred

-Experience with Service Titan, not required but preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
