Complete Healthcare Staffing, LLC is currently hiring Companion Caregivers to provide companionship and support to elderly or disabled clients in their homes. As a Companion Caregiver, you will enhance the quality of life for clients by offering companionship, assistance, and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Accompany clients on walks, outings, and recreational activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social events.
• Assist with light household tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client's privacy and dignity.

• Previous experience as a Companion Caregiver, caregiver, or similar role preferred.
• Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to the needs and preferences of clients.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Provide at least 2 professional references.
