Complete Healthcare Staffing, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with activities of daily living and help maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Help with mobility and transferring safely.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required.

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver is desirable.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Provide at least 2 professional references.
