Saint Gregory the Great Catholic School, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking a full time middle school math teacher for the current school year. Saint Gregory the Great creates disciples of Christ through rigorous curriculum and instruction using 21st century learning techniques.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a faith-filled Catholic, dynamic and enthusiastic teacher who works collaboratively with colleagues and delivers best-practice, hands-on, and engaging instruction. Using the diocesan curriculum, this teacher will foster creative, academic, and social growth in students in the middle school years (6th-8th grade). The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in middle school education or related discipline, must be qualified to teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and Geometry. Eligible candidates should have a Virginia Teaching License or are in the process of obtaining a VA teaching license.
