Customer Service Representative
Starts in Chesapeake, VA (training ~45 days), then transfers to Virginia Beach
$17-$19/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do:

• Schedule service technicians and coordinate customer appointments
• Answer and follow up on customer calls using a multi-line phone system
• Perform data entry and light administrative tasks
• Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and other computer systems

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (office or call center)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Detail-oriented, positive, and a true team player
• Able to pass background and drug screening (THC not tested)
