What We Provide For You
Competitive pay during initial training: $25-$35/hr based on experience.
A base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability: After training, get commission and bonuses in addition to hourly pay! (Your weekly pay could be $1750-$2550/week or more.)
A $2,000 Bonus for licensed electricians (Journeyman or Master) IF your experience is majority RESIDENTIAL

What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshooting and repairing residential and light commercial electrical systems
Installing everything from basic fixtures to full panel upgrades
Building trust with homeowners and business owners through clear communication and quality work
Identifying safety concerns and offering professional solutions
Selling and upselling electrical services in a consultative, customer-first manner

You're a Great Fit If You...
Have 3+ years of professional electrical experience (residential preferred)
Have a valid driver's license a clean driving record
