Responsible for providing a high level of guest service to all guests, team members, and vendors. Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property and its patrons, under the direction of the Security Director. Manages security incidents and ensures a visible security presence throughout the property. Observes patrons participating in gambling activities to detect and respond to violations of regulations and company policies. Will maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and integrity while representing the company in all interactions with guests. Effectively and efficiently manage operations on assigned shift. Provides training and guidance to staff and serves as a professional resource to co-workers and team. Provides assistance and acts as liaison for first responders as needed. Provides direction to security vendors as required.
