**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any unusual activity.
+ Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.
+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
