Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
* High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
* Valid driver's license
Experience Required:
* Experience using hand/tools.
* Experience performing residential or commercial maintenance
Additional Considerations:
Experience Preferred:
* Experience working in a university or residential setting.
* Experience performing moderately complex residential or commercial maintenance such as: residential appliance repairs and/or replacement, Installing new lighting fixtures, rebuilding flush valves
* Experience using power drills, tap/die sets, power augers, or handsaws
