Position Summary: The Concierge (Administrative Receptionist) works in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the supervisor. This position is responsible for answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, as well as performing a variety of clerical duties. This position reports to the Director of Administrative Services.
Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as Receptionist preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft software required.
