Office Assistant (Temp to Hire)

We are seeking a dependable and professional Office Assistant (Temp to Hire) to support daily office and facilities operations in a fast-paced, on-site office environment. This role serves as the front desk point of contact and is critical to maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors professionally
  • Support day-to-day office and facilities operations
  • Coordinate with property management and external vendors for services and maintenance
  • Set up conference rooms and assist with meetings
  • Order, secure, and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Receive, secure, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain inventory of all common areas
  • Order, coordinate, and set up meals and catering
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and machines
  • Manage and respond to shared inbox and office service requests

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience of administrative experience

Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
