NOW HIRING: FORKLIFT OPERATORS - VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - $1 6.00/HOUR | MULTIPLE SHIFTS

The Lee Group is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a fast-paced, organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with stable schedules and opportunities for growth.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
  Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

What You'll Be Doing as Forklift Operator:

• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment
• Operate a stand-up forklift in narrow aisles to move inventory
• Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently
• Shrink-wrap outbound pallets for shipment
• Conduct quality checks and verify inventory accuracy
• Perform general warehouse duties based on daily priorities

What We're Looking For in a Forklift Operator:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating stand-up/narrow aisle forklifts
• Minimum of 6 months recent forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights when necessary
• Strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork
• Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
