Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center)
Remote (After 5 week training period)
We're seeking reliable, customer-focused professionals to support members and healthcare providers during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This position involves handling inbound calls related to health plan inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers regarding health plan benefits and services
• Research and resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Document all interactions in internal systems with attention to detail
• Meet or exceed quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
Requirements:
• 1+ year of recent customer service experience (call center setting)
• Medicare Advantage or pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation required for training period
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift between 8 AM and 8 PM
Contract Details:
• Contract Dates: November 10, 2025 - March 1, 2026
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift (schedule assigned after training)
• Training: On-site in Norfolk, VA for the first 5-6 weeks and final week of the contract (February/March)
