Join us in making a difference in the lives of unaccompanied migrant children by becoming a Volunteer Child Advocate. Work one-on-one with these vulnerable children to connect with them and advocate for their rights.

We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following basic requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Fluency in a language other than English is required
• Access to a car for transportation to meetings with the child
• Successful completion of background checks

We will conduct in-person training for Volunteer Child Advocates in April in Washington, DC. Don't worry if you can't attend this session; we offer multiple training opportunities throughout the year, both virtual and in-person. We encourage you to apply even if you are unable to participate in the April training!
