These tasks include, but are not limited to: Facilitating and preparing documents required for international trade, trackingbooking shipmentswith ocean carriers, managing customer accounts and relationships. Responsibilities • International export documentation procedures • Tracking and monitoring of outbound shipments • Communication with logistical partners, coordinating the bookings for Ocean vessel shipments • Update sales contracts and outbound shipments in enterprise management software systems • Follow up with logistics departmenton deliveries and any changes to the port conditions • Communicate and coordinate both with the in house operations team, the supplies and the customersof any necessary changes to bookings and shipments • Provide courteous and responsive customer service Skill/Requirements: • Associate's degree, technical certificate or equivalent work experience • Prior work experience of 1 - 2 years, preferably with Imports/Exports and/or distribution environment. • Demonstrated aptitude for assertiveness at a line level, either through work experience or in equivalent educational or employment involvement • Strong EXCEL skills a PLUS • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS • Key strengths: flexibility, organization, attention to detail
