As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points and patrolling designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your presence and professionalism will support a secure environment, while you deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verifying identification and credentials of personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns encountered during shifts.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to support security-related operations in an aerospace and defense environment.
• Remain alert to potential security-related threats and provide timely communication to appropriate parties as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
