Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary:

Join our dedicated team as a Security Personnel, where you will play a critical role in safeguarding assets, personnel, customers, and visitors. Under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, you will ensure a safe and secure environment at our designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold the interests of clients by fostering a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors.
• Monitor for any signs of crime or disorder, and investigate disturbances as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily reports according to training protocols.
• Conduct routine patrols as outlined in post orders to maintain a vigilant presence.
• Manage access to the property, ensuring compliance with established security guidelines.
• Alert authorities in emergencies as specified in the post orders.
• Document any violations of company policies and applicable laws, in alignment with the Employee Handbook.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Be prepared for long hours of standing and physical activity.
• Show willingness to work extended hours as necessary.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the client or as required by the specific post.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to create and maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.
• Strong skills in effectively engaging with the public in a tactful manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean criminal background.
• Must obtain state-required licensing.
• Physical capability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Military veterans and former law enforcement personnel are encouraged to apply.
