Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership; Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, replenishing restroom supplies and disinfecting high-touch areas; Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandises items per monthly presentation guidelines; Follows MOS policies and cash, check, charge card and refund procedures; handles transactions accurately and maintains bankable tender awareness
