Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor alarms, access control systems, and/or video surveillance feeds to identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access, then dispatch appropriate personnel according to post orders; Receive and prioritize incoming calls, radio traffic, and/or electronic requests, dispatching officers and coordinating responses to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner; Document incidents, dispatch actions, and system alerts in written logs and reports, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when required by policy; Support operations at a tech and telecommunications location by maintaining clear communication with on-site teams, verifying response status, and providing updates until incidents are resolved
