Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities: Perform repair and refinishing tasks including painting, wallpapering, textures, stucco, staining, varnishing, and refinishing doors, furniture, walls, ceilings, and external structures; Visually inspect and diagnose finish failure problems to ensure quality appearance of guestrooms, public spaces, and back of house facilities; Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies; Maintain a clean, neat shop work area, sweeping and cleaning as vital; Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed
