The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining quality standards, processing inventory transactions, and ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing products.
This role requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, and adherence to written procedures within a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Package and label customer orders accurately.
Utilize computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments.
Inspect incoming products and verify accuracy against shipping manifests.
Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management for resolution.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to properly disposition incoming products.
Basic Qualifications and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.

bility to read, understand, and make decisions based on written operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification through company training.
bility to communicate discrepancies effectively to the warehouse supervisor.
bility to operate rolling pushcarts, electric forklifts, and manual pallet jacks.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Frequently exposed to moving equipment such as forklifts and rolling carts.
Exposed to warehouse temperature-controlled environments.
Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions when loading doors are open.
May be required to work extended hours as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Peripheral vision and depth perception required for safe equipment operation.
