Description

We are seeking a 2 Pantry Station Attendants to join our culinary team. Full Time Morning and Part-time possibly full-time evening. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Pantry Station Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing delicious salads, sandwiches, and appetizers while also assisting our banquet team and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, and appetizers according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is impeccable and meets our high-quality standards.
  • Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup, plating, and serving.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pantry station and kitchen area.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, and organizing storage areas.
  • Support the kitchen team in opening procedures, including prepping ingredients and setting up stations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
