Service Manager Needed

We're looking for a Service Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and takes pride in running a great shift. If you're the kind of leader who leads from the floor-not the office-this role is for you.
What You'll Do

As a Service Manager, you'll be a key leader in the restaurant and an ambassador for our brand.

• Lead by example on the floor-coaching, motivating, and supporting the team
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through hands-on service and table touches
• Hire, train, and develop team members into confident, high-performing employees
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, and POS
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards at all times
• Communicate clearly and consistently with staff, fellow managers, and corporate
• Uphold systems, policies, and procedures while helping the team understand the "why" behind them

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• A people-first leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Calm, organized, and confident under pressure
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency

The Physical Side of the Job

You must be able to, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Be on your feet for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)
• Work weekends and holidays
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in all weather conditions (we're Buffalo tough)
• Operate standard restaurant equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
