Position Summary:

HuntleighUSA is seeking dependable and customer-focused Part-Time and Full-Time AM/PM Wheelchair Agents to support passengers requiring mobility assistance at Norfolk International Airport (ORF). This role is essential to ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive travel experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal
• Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim, and ground transportation
• Communicate professionally with passengers, airline staff, and airport personnel
• Follow all safety, security, and customer service standards
• Maintain a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor at all times

• Morning (AM) and Afternoon/Evening (PM) shifts available
• Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

• Must be able to pass a background check and airport badging requirements
• Ability to push a wheelchair and remain on feet for extended periods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous customer service or airport experience preferred (not required)
