Brookdale Senior Living - 937 Diamond Springs Road - Responsibilities: Assist in leading and implementing a calendar of person centered dementia friendly programs; Engage residents in the seven domains of well-being programs; Review individual resident's service plans and complete program documentation; Ensure dementia care programs are in compliance with state, federal, and other regulations; Coordinate and participate in special events and supervise volunteers
