[A/R Sepcialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. (EST hours 7a-5p) / From $55k-yr / Health-Dental-Vision / Paid time off - As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will: manage and maintain customer accounts by accurately tracking and recording payments, credits, and adjustments; communicate with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies and answer any inquiries related to their accounts; prepare and analyze financial reports to track and monitor accounts receivable activity; collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection processes; maintain and update customer information in the billing system; review and reconcile accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness; identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns related to accounts receivable; and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
