  • Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of learning programs.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and strategies.
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement.

Position Overview:

The Learning and Engagement Director is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of employee development programs that enhance skills, improve productivity, and build leadership capabilities. This role ensures that all training initiatives align with our client's strategic goals, culture, and business needs. In addition to leading learning programs, this person will be responsible for overseeing performance evaluation frameworks and employee engagement strategies, fostering a high-performance, growth-driven culture across the organization. This person will play a critical role in developing a continuous learning environment, ensuring employees are engaged, motivated, and progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy aligned with business and cultural objectives.
  • Design and manage training programs including leadership development, onboarding, technical, compliance, and soft skills training.
  • Assess organizational learning needs and implement targeted development solutions using blended learning approaches.
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrate learning technologies to support digital learning.
  • Design and support performance evaluation frameworks and continuous feedback processes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote career growth, recognition, and high performance.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through key metrics and report outcomes and ROI to leadership.
  • Partner with HR on leadership development, succession planning, budget management, and compliance training.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.

Compensation: $50.24/hr - $57.69/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
