This growing company is currently seeking candidates for our Administrative/Office Support Representative opportunity in our Jacksonville, FL location. The Office Administrator/Office Support will:
Answer phones
Confirm orders
Accounting functions
Data entry
Follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain open communication with customers. Strong computer skills.

The hours for this position are Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
Qualified candidates must have:
2+ years of office support experience
Excellent customer service skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
Good organizational and time management skills
High School Diploma
