Position Summary
RBCI is seeking a Receiving and Shipping Clerk to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles and material handling equipment in support of warehouse and logistics operations. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse receiving and logistics operations on a receiving dock or in a warehouse environment to support medical logistics and operational requirements.
- Process new material receipts, including unloading, verification, inspection, and acceptance of incoming shipments in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify condition, quantity, labeling, and documentation for received materials.
- Perform inventorying, storing, packaging, and shipping of medical equipment, supplies, and furniture using approved warehousing and material handling practices.
- Process material returns, ensuring proper documentation, inspection, and routing in accordance with established procedures.
- Handle cold-chain materials by verifying temperature controls, documenting receipt conditions, and ensuring proper storage to maintain product integrity.
- Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with applicable regulations, safety guidelines, and storage requirements.
- Handle controlled items and narcotic materials in compliance with security, accountability, and regulatory requirements.
- Input and maintain shelf-life data and related inventory records accurately in authorized inventory or logistics management systems.
- Operate delivery vehicles and material handling equipment to move, stage, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, and material movement.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications - Shall have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Shall have a minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience working in a warehouse receiving dock or logistics environment.
- Shall have experience performing duties such as new receipt processing, material acceptance, quality control, inventorying, storing, packaging, shipping, processing returns, cold-chain material processing, hazardous material handling, controlled item or narcotic material handling, or shelf-life data input.
- Shall demonstrate the ability to accurately follow procedures, maintain attention to detail, and support operational effectiveness in a warehouse environment.
- Shall possess a valid driver's license and be capable of operating delivery vehicles and material handling equipment, including up to a 1.5-ton stake bed truck and 4,000-6,000 lb forklifts, for the delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and furniture.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
