Job Details

We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support plant operations by driving effective sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, at the right cost, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue RFQs and evaluate supplier quotes to determine best value (cost, quality, delivery).
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to meet operational goals.
• Create and manage purchase orders to support production and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate PO data, including pricing, coding, and delivery commitments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, etc.) to address procurement issues.
• Support supplier onboarding and new item setup.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to access export-controlled information as required.
