Roses - 3100 Airline Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers, providing good service and all possible assistance.; To successfully complete the Management Training Program.; To employ and properly train a qualified Assistant Manager, with the advice and approval of the District Manager.; Employment and training other store personnel with the assistance of Assistant manager and the advice and approval of District Manager.; To maintain good standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the store.
