Construction Laborer

Pay: $18-20/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to support renovation work at a condominium property. This role includes window caulking, window cutting/installation, concrete repair, and other general labor tasks. Work will frequently be performed at heights using scaffolding.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform window caulking on residential properties
• Cut, prepare, and install new windows
• Complete concrete repairs and patching
• Work safely at heights using scaffolding and fall-protection equipment
• Use hand and power tools with accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous construction labor experience
• Proficiency in window caulking, glazing, and basic carpentry
• Ability to perform concrete repair work
• Comfortable using standard hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on scaffolding or elevated platforms
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices

Work Environment

This role is performed outdoors at an active condominium worksite. The position involves working at significant heights and requires precision, reliability, and strict adherence to safety guidelines. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
