Seven Healthcare is seeking a capable and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a respected rehab facility in Norfolk, Virginia. This day‑shift contract is ideal for a PT experienced in functional rehab, mobility restoration, and patient‑centered therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct PT evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans
Deliver hands‑on mobility, strengthening, and functional interventions
Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain clear and accurate EMR documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts
40 hours/week
13‑week contract

Qualifications

Active Virginia PT license
Master's or Doctorate in PT
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
