Salesforce Apex Technical Lead Lightning

Location: Virginia (3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Apex Technical Lead with strong expertise in Lightning framework and Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts, provide technical guidance, and ensure scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development using Salesforce Apex and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions
• Oversee code quality, reviews, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Support Salesforce administration and enhancements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Apex
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Salesforce administration knowledge
• Leadership and team mentoring experience
