Offshore Client Representative – Wind Turbine InstallLocation: Offshore Vessel (Departing from Norfolk, VA)Hours: 12‑hour shiftsStart date: in the next 2‑6 weeksPosition OverviewOur client is seeking experienced Offshore Client Representatives to support Wind Turbine Installation and Commissioning activities. The team will consist of six representatives across multiple disciplines — including commissioning (turbines, electrical, mechanical) and installation (substation/cables) — for major offshore renewable projects.You will serve as the client's on‑site representative to oversee contractor activities, ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, and coordinate daily operations offshore.Scope of Work / Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and oversee the installation and commissioning of wind turbines, substations, and inter‑array cables.Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project standards.Coordinate with onshore and offshore project management teams to track progress and resolve field issues.Conduct inspections and verification of installation and commissioning activities.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements and offshore safety procedures.Requirements7+ years of relevant experience in offshore, heavy industrial, marine, or energy construction projects.Offshore experience is required (wind turbine, substation, or cable installation preferred).Prior experience with CS Wind, SEMCO, or Bladt Industries is a strong plus.GWO certifications required (must be current).Degree preferred in Engineering, Marine, or a related technical field.Strong knowledge of offshore installation methods, quality control, and safety protocols.Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multi‑disciplinary offshore environment.Physical RequirementsMust be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities.Must be able to lift 35–60 lbs and work in a physically demanding offshore environment.Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights while following all offshore safety procedures.Additional InformationDuration: [To be confirmed]Schedule: Offshore rotation, 12‑hour shifts.Compensation: [Daily rate or range once confirmed]Employment Type: 1099 or W2 acceptable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
