Regional Recruiter & Agent Growth Manager

This role exists to grow and retain our agent population. The Regional Recruiter & Agent Growth Manager focuses on identifying, attracting, onboarding, and nurturing productive real estate professionals while ensuring they stay engaged, supported, and connected to company culture. Success is measured by net agent growth, agent productivity and engagement, retention and reduced agent churn, and participation in office meetings, events, and training.

Primary responsibilities include recruiting and talent attraction, retention and agent engagement, office culture, meetings, and events, and onboarding new agents. This role does not handle compliance decisions, accounting, billing, payroll, HR administration, transaction coordination, tech stack configuration, back-office production, branding approvals, or custom marketing work.

Ideal candidate profile includes a strong relationship-builder with natural conversational presence, confidence in outreach, understanding of real estate brokerage value mechanics, comfort with activity targets, pipeline tracking, and measurable results, and a positive, self-driven attitude.

Performance expectations are daily outreach, pipeline follow-up, agent touchpoints; weekly recruiting tours/meetings, new agent onboarding progress updates; monthly office meeting or gathering executed and attendance driven; quarterly growth and retention plans reviewed with Regional Manager.
