Lead Installer / Installation Technician / Field Service Technician

ProspectBlue is seeking a Lead Installer for their client in the commercial installations and workplace infrastructure industry. This individual will play a key role in leading onsite installation projects, working directly with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone with experience installing commercial furniture, shelving, racking systems, or industrial equipment who enjoys working in the field and taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite installation of workplace systems, storage solutions, and related equipment at customer locations

• Coordinate installation activities and assist in guiding smaller installation crews when needed

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation projects

• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications

• Utilize provided tools, equipment, and company vehicle to travel to job sites throughout the region

• Maintain a professional presence when working at customer facilities, including government and military locations

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing commercial furniture, racking, shelving, or industrial equipment

• Ability to lead installations and manage projects onsite

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

• Ability to pass a background check required for certain customer locations

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers onsite

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$35/hr + consistent overtime opportunities
