Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking Electrical Engineers at various levels. An electrical engineer design, develops, tests, and supervise the manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment, including broadcast and communications systems, electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, and wiring in buildings, automobiles, aircraft, radar and navigation systems, and transmission devices used by electric utilities. Typical tasking includes designing new products, writing performance requirements, and developing maintenance schedules. They also test equipment, solve operating problems, and estimate the time and cost of engineering projects.

Electrical Engineer I, II, III - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Electrical Engineer IV- Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 10 years of experience.
Experience:
Electrical Engineer I - No requirement for prior professional service. Electrical Engineer II - 3 years of professional service. Electrical Engineer III - 7 years of professional service. Electrical Engineer IV - 10 years of professional service.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Location: Norfolk, VA
Travel: Quarterly (approximately 4 times a year)
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
