Breeze is hiring- join us!This position will support an in-source catering base for Breeze airways. They will report to the Norfolk Provisioning Logistics Supervisor.* This is a Part Time position*Here's what you'll do* Order all product inventory for Norfolk base.* Ensure all Norfolk baseaircraft are catered to pack out specifications and outfitted with the proper tools for an exceptional Inflight guest experience.* Ensure all Norfolk base aircraft are catered in a timely fashion including IROP situations.* Provide training to Breeze Team Members on how to best represent our Breeze brand and successfully cater an aircraft.* Adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and ExcellenceHere's what you'll need to be successfulMinimum Qualifications* Outstanding and positive leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to be extremely organized.* Strong Organizational Skills* Demonstrated independent, mature judgment.* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.* Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.* Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications* An understanding of a Flight Attendant's role and daily job duties.* Team Leadership SkillsSkills/Talents* Ability to lead and inspire Team Members.* Ability to think strategically and offer solutions.* Ability to consistently maintain a professional image and demeanor.* Excellent computer skills with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)* Excellent communication skills, able to courteously interact with Business Partners, Leadership, Team Members, and other departments.* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, make decisions, and meet deadlines.* Ability to work with confidential material.* Ability to travel.* Exemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and mission.* Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent problem-solving skills.* Ability to adapt and create systems to support our inflight Team Members more efficiently.Perks of the Job* Health, Vision and Dental* Health Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match* 401K with Breeze Employee Match* PTO* Travel on Breeze and other Airlines too!
