About the Role:
This role is designed for someone who likes working with their hands and doesn't mind getting dirty. It's a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position spent almost entirely outdoors, with very little time behind a desk. You'll be embedded with a high-performing team on one of our construction sites in Southern Virginia.
As a Field Coordinator, you'll be immersed in the day-to-day realities of construction, learning by doing and building a strong foundation in both the trades and field supervision. Over time, you'll develop a working knowledge of the core disciplines that drive our projects, including earthwork, concrete, mechanical piping, and mechanical equipment installation.
In addition to hands-on trade exposure, you'll gain an understanding of how key subcontractors contribute to the success of complex water and wastewater projects. This includes working alongside and coordinating with teams specializing in electrical systems, instrumentation and controls (I&C), and HVAC. The goal is to develop not just technical skills, but a well-rounded perspective on how all components come together to deliver a successful project in the field.
