Position Summary:
This position is responsible for preparing quality food and keeping a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. Areas of responsibility include the kitchen line and equipment.
This position reports to store and kitchen management.
Primary Functions:
Prepares a variety of food items and ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Prepares items for grilling, frying, and other cooking methods.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products.
Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.
General cleaning of kitchen and store, with primary focus on kitchen stations and equipment.
Skills & Knowledge:
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in completing assigned tasks

Requirements:
