Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and coordinate the appropriate response to incidents and routine requests.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details, notifying site contacts, and communicating updates to the appropriate personnel.; Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, activity records, and/or visitor or delivery information in support of security-related operations and site procedures.; Support access control, traffic flow, and/or vehicle entry activity by verifying information, providing directions, and communicating with site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity.
