Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points, observe activity across the property, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed; Complete routine reports and documentation related to patrol activities, incidents, and daily operations
